Old Charlie has been in the Bait & Tackle business for just about as long as folks can remember. Why he was even here long before that new fangled steam locomotive laid tracks right along side his snug little harbor. Of course, that wasn't all bad cause it has certainly brought in more fishermen causing Charlie's bussiness to boom. Charlie has even been able to add a first class restaurant to the pier that sell sodi-pop and ice cream. He even finds a reasonable demand for the upstairs apartment, and at $3.00 per night it adds quite handsomely to his income.
